DG ISPR: Saudi Arabia Is Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Pakistan Their Guardian

Director General ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy a strong strategic partnership founded on mutual trust, shared values, and decades of close cooperation.
He stated that the relationship between the two countries goes beyond diplomatic ties, describing it as a longstanding brotherly bond that has continued to expand across defence, economic, and other key sectors.
Underscoring the importance of the relationship, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said Saudi Arabia occupies a special place as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, while Pakistan remains committed to their protection.
He added that the enduring friendship between the two nations reflects unity, mutual respect, and a common commitment to promoting regional stability, peace, and the welfare of the Muslim Ummah.
