IESCO Announces Power Outage Schedule for Wednesday

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced planned electricity outages in different parts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal on Wednesday to facilitate routine maintenance and system improvement work.

According to an IESCO spokesperson, power supply will remain suspended from 5:00 am to 10:00 am on the Tramari, Lehtrar, ISI, Chattha, and Rehara feeders in the Islamabad Circle.

In the Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, electricity will remain unavailable on the Ghazan Khan feeder from 5:00 am to 10:00 am, while the Kambeli Sadiq feeder will experience an outage from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. In the Attock Circle, power supply to the Wah General Hospital feeder will remain suspended from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm.

In the Jhelum Circle, consumers receiving electricity through the City Housing, Sanghoi, Safdar Shaheed, Nathwala, Langarpur, Saeela, Pakhwal, and F-9 (Chak Daulat) feeders will experience power interruptions between 6:00 am and 10:00 am.

Similarly, electricity supply will remain suspended from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on the Khanpur, Jhand Khan Zada, Abdullah Pur, Jalal Pur, Sagharpur, and CWO feeders in the Chakwal Circle.

Meanwhile, maintenance activities will also be carried out in the GSO Circle from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on the 132kV AWC HMC Taxila and 132kV Sangjani Burhan transmission lines. In addition, work will continue from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on the 132kV Chakwal Bhagwal Talagang, 132kV Kahuta City Palandri, and 132kV New Wah Bahtermore transmission lines, along with associated earth switches and nearby installations.
