CM Maryam Nawaz: "If You Are Not Safe in Your Homes, Then I Have Failed"

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has reemphasized her administration's commitment to upgrading public safety and shielding residents throughout the province.

Addressing provincial law and order dynamics, she noted, "If you are not safe in your homes, then I have failed." This declaration highlights her government's core operational metric of eliminating public fear and ensuring domestic security. The Chief Minister reiterated that preserving the lives and assets of citizens stands as the foundational priority of her governance agenda.

To enforce these standards, she ordered law enforcement departments to intensify operational crackdowns against criminal activity, boosting defensive networks across urban, municipal, and rural jurisdictions. She maintained that domestic and neighborhood safety remains an unalienable right for every citizen.

Additionally, the Chief Minister directed police command structures to optimize emergency response times and upgrade public service delivery systems.
