Significant Milestone: Jaecoo J5 and J7 Local Production Hits 5,000 Units in Pakistan

The Nishat Group has reached a major industrial landmark, as the local assembly of the Jaecoo J5 and Jaecoo J7 has officially climbed past 5,000 units in Pakistan.

A commemorative event took place near Faisalabad to mark this accomplishment. Top executives from the Nishat Group and Jaecoo Pakistan were in attendance, emphasizing the brand's swift expansion and the robust consumer interest across the nation.

Jaecoo, a subsidiary of the Chinese automotive giant Chery under the Omoda & Jaecoo umbrella, launched in the Pakistani market just over twelve months ago. Even as a fresh entrant, the marque has rapidly found success by offering contemporary aesthetics, high-tech functionality, and hybrid powertrain choices.

The 5,000-unit production figure encompasses both the internal combustion and hybrid versions of the J5 and J7. This success serves as a testament to the rising public confidence in the brand’s engineering, reliability, and technological forward-thinking.

On the global stage, Omoda & Jaecoo has moved nearly one million units in a mere three-year span, highlighting its meteoric climb in the international arena. Its solid performance in Pakistan reinforces the brand's footprint within developing markets.

Automotive analysts view this achievement as a pivotal moment for Pakistan's car industry. It demonstrates that locally manufactured vehicles equipped with cutting-edge technology are resonating more than ever with Pakistani motorists.

The Nishat Group conveyed its appreciation to buyers for their loyalty and committed to maintaining its delivery of premium vehicles while enhancing after-sales support moving forward.
