Pakistani Passport Ranked Fourth Weakest Globally

The latest Henley Passport Index has placed Pakistan’s passport among the weakest in the world, ranking it 101st globally. According to the updated index, Pakistani passport holders can travel to only 29 destinations without obtaining a visa beforehand or by receiving a visa on arrival.

The Henley Passport Index evaluates passports based on the number of countries and territories their citizens can visit without securing a visa in advance. A stronger ranking reflects greater international travel freedom for passport holders.

In the current rankings, Pakistan is ahead of only Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. Compared with neighboring countries, passports issued by China, India, and Iran provide access to a larger number of visa-free or visa-on-arrival destinations.

Singapore has once again retained the top position in the Henley Passport Index. Its passport holders can travel to 192 destinations without requiring a visa before departure, making it the world's most powerful passport in the latest edition of the rankings.
