Nawaz Sharif Named Chairman of Lahore Heritage Area Revival Board

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been appointed Chairman of the Lahore Heritage Area Revival Board with immediate effect, according to an official notification issued by the Punjab government.

The board has been established under the Punjab Walled Cities and Heritage Areas Authority Act, 2012, following approval from the Governor of Punjab. In his new role, Nawaz Sharif will supervise initiatives aimed at preserving, restoring, and enhancing Lahore’s historic sites and heritage zones.
