iPhone Users in Pakistan Can Now Connect to Jazz 5G as Coverage Grows

Apple device owners in Pakistan are now able to utilize Jazz 5G on supported hardware. Users with compatible iPhones who have installed the most recent iOS updates can access the Jazz 5G network within active zones, as the service provider proceeds with its incremental national deployment of advanced connectivity.

With approximately 180 trial 5G locations already functioning in key urban centers and a structured growth plan in motion, Jazz is expanding its high-speed network according to device availability, market readiness, and rising consumer needs, with service areas projected to increase steadily.

This milestone represents a significant phase in JazzWorld’s transition into a digital ServiceCo, where cutting-edge networking serves as the bedrock for a more comprehensive user journey. By offering a unified digital landscape covering mobile finance, media, gaming, cloud services, and health technology, JazzWorld continues to facilitate fluid digital interactions aimed at improving the daily lives of its subscribers.

Reflecting on this progress, Khalid Shehzad, Chief Technology Officer at JazzWorld, remarked, “Enabling Jazz 5G support for compatible iPhones mirrors the ongoing advancement of Pakistan’s digital infrastructure and the increasing demand for next-tier connectivity. As infrastructure and mobile hardware advance in tandem, we remain dedicated to providing dependable, modern connectivity that empowers more immersive digital lifestyles for our users nationwide.”

Following the latest frequency bidding, Jazz bolstered its resource library with acquisitions across all newly released bands, including 700 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2600 MHz, and 3500 MHz. This deliberate combination of frequencies is intended to facilitate both wide-reaching access and high-bandwidth services, supporting the concurrent growth of 4G and 5G networks throughout the country.

Jazz subscribers with eligible Apple handsets can turn on 5G by moving to the latest software and adjusting their 5G network preferences while in service regions. Additionally, Jazz is broadening its range of 5G-ready smartphones, with various Samsung Galaxy models and other devices recently gaining access to the Jazz 5G infrastructure.
