Eligibility:

To qualify for the petrol subsidy, candidates must have a motorcycle or scooter registered in their own name with finalized transfer papers. Vehicles that are unregistered or listed under a different owner’s name are ineligible for the program.

Registration Process (via Dastak App):

Applicants should download the application from the App Store or Play Store, set up a profile, and input their vehicle’s registration and chassis numbers. Users must also submit personal details—including their name, father’s name, CNIC, linked mobile number, and home address—to complete the subsidy application.

Required Documents:

A valid CNIC (both sides), the vehicle’s smart card or registration book, a high-quality photo of the vehicle, and dual verification from the buyer and seller if an ownership transfer is involved.

Verification Process:

All submissions will undergo authentication via e-Sahulat and a detailed review by the Excise and Taxation Office before a final decision on approval or denial is issued.

Key Instructions:

Applications featuring inaccurate data or unresolved ownership transfers will be dismissed. For transferred vehicles, confirmation from both parties is strictly required.
