Petrol Prices Rise for Fourth Consecutive Day
The federal government has increased the price of motor spirit (MS) petrol for the fourth consecutive day, according to the latest fuel price update issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
Petrol has become Rs. 1.19 per litre more expensive, taking its price to Rs. 394.83 per litre. In contrast, the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs. 1.91 per litre to Rs. 395.85.
A day earlier, on Monday, petrol had increased by Rs. 0.88 per litre to Rs. 393.64, while diesel became cheaper by Rs. 1.88 per litre, falling to Rs. 397.76.
Daily Fuel Price Revisions
Since the introduction of daily fuel price updates, petrol has increased by Rs. 83.52 per litre, while diesel has risen by Rs. 72.55 per litre overall.
