Mohsin Naqvi Assures Business Community of Full Support

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said he is available around the clock to address concerns and issues raised by Pakistan’s business community.

Speaking at a ceremony in Lahore, Naqvi highlighted the importance of supporting traders and industrialists to strengthen economic activity and create more opportunities for exports.

He also called for greater promotion of “Made in Pakistan” products, emphasizing the importance of local manufacturing for the country’s economy. He said stronger domestic production could help reduce dependence on imported goods while creating opportunities for Pakistani products in international markets.

Naqvi also outlined government initiatives aimed at facilitating the business community and improving access to services. He said work was underway on business passports, while Pakistani embassies had been directed to assist business representatives travelling and operating abroad.

The minister’s remarks come as the government continues to focus on boosting exports and encouraging greater participation from the private sector.

Improved support for local businesses and better access to international markets could help manufacturers, traders and exporters expand their operations and reach overseas customers.

Naqvi said the government would continue addressing the concerns of traders and industrialists and work to facilitate the business community.

The measures discussed at the Lahore event reflect the government’s stated efforts to improve the business environment, promote local production and expand Pakistan’s presence in international markets.
