PTA Introduces Upgraded Mobile App for Telecom Complaints
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has introduced an upgraded version of its PTA CMS mobile application for Android and iOS users, offering consumers a more convenient way to register and monitor telecom-related complaints.
The updated app provides a simpler and more secure complaint management experience, allowing users to submit complaints and track their progress through an improved interface.
Key upgrades include OTP-based multi-factor authentication, enhanced complaint verification, easier document uploading, and improved session management. These features are aimed at making the complaint process more secure and user-friendly.
The upgraded application also introduces a dedicated option for consumers to report suspected fraudulent activities involving mobile numbers, giving users an additional channel to flag potentially suspicious activity.
According to the PTA, the latest improvements are part of its ongoing efforts to modernize the telecom complaint handling system and provide better, more efficient services to consumers.
