Pakistan Consulate Jeddah Introduces Online Booking for NADRA, Passport Services

The Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah has introduced a new online appointment system for NADRA and Machine-Readable Passport (MRP) services to make documentation procedures more convenient for Pakistani citizens living in western Saudi Arabia.

Under the new system, applicants must book an appointment online before visiting the consulate. The initiative is intended to reduce waiting times, manage crowds, and improve the overall experience for citizens seeking essential documentation services.

Online appointment bookings opened on September 20, 2026, allowing applicants to select their preferred date and available time slot. The system will become mandatory from October 1, 2026, after which NADRA and MRP services will only be provided through scheduled appointments.

Applicants who successfully book an appointment will receive an SMS confirmation containing a tracking ID. This information can be used to monitor the appointment and keep track of the scheduled visit.

The initiative forms part of efforts to improve service delivery at the Pakistani consulate in Jeddah. Moving the appointment process online is expected to create a more organised system and help reduce overcrowding at the facility.

Pakistani citizens requiring NADRA or passport services are advised to book their appointments in advance and follow the instructions provided by the consulate. Applicants should also check official announcements for any additional requirements or updates before visiting.

The new system is expected to improve service management while giving citizens greater convenience and clearer information throughout the appointment process.
