Apple TV+ Officially Set to Launch in Pakistan

Apple TV+ appears to be moving toward an official rollout in Pakistan, with users reportedly able to subscribe to the service using Pakistani Apple accounts. Sources cited by ProPakistani confirmed that subscriptions can be activated successfully for Rs. 200 per month.

The subscription process reportedly works normally, with Apple providing an official confirmation showing the active subscription, monthly fee, and renewal information. Apple account settings also display the service as active and indicate that Family Sharing can be used with up to five additional people.

However, the service is not yet fully operational for streaming in Pakistan. Users currently need a VPN to access the Apple TV platform, and although they can browse the available catalogue of movies and shows, videos are reportedly not playing at this stage.

The development suggests that Apple has already enabled the subscription and payment system for Pakistani users, while full video-streaming access may still be under development or awaiting activation.

If streaming functionality is fully enabled, the Rs. 200 monthly subscription could make Apple TV+ an accessible option for Pakistani viewers looking to watch Apple’s original movies and television shows.
