Job Alert: 1,934 New Career Opportunities Coming Soon to Islamabad Police

The central administration has sanctioned the establishment of 1,934 fresh roles within the Islamabad Police during the financial period 2025-26, as per a formal administrative circular.

The newly established vacancies have been distributed to the Special Protection Unit (SPU) and the Law and Order Division to bolster protection measures and operational efficiency within the capital territory.

According to the official paperwork, 997 designations have been designated for the Special Protection Unit, comprising 12 inspectors (BS-16), 15 sub-inspectors (BS-14), 50 assistant sub-inspectors (BS-11), 100 head constables (BS-09), and 820 constables (BS-07).

Concurrently, 937 designations have been authorized for the Law and Order Division. These encompass 12 inspectors, 35 sub-inspectors, 50 assistant sub-inspectors, 80 head constables, and 760 constables.

The announcement clarifies that the financial outlays for these newly established roles will be covered using the authorized funding assigned to the Islamabad Police for the fiscal period 2025-26.
